Here I became a leader for the first time

At iZettle (now Zettle by PayPal), I started as a Risk Business Analyst, quickly transitioned into the role of Agile Coach for the Risk and Operations departments, and was then promoted to Automation Lead.

After the acquisition of IntelligentPOS, in order to cater to the needs of over 1,000 small businesses signing up every day and with the aim to refactor the Salesforce suite and develop dedicated integration services to automate, streamline and scale operations, iZettle launched the Automation Program, of which I was the lead, aka Product and Engineering Manager.

This was my first experience as an early joiner of a startup
With the safety net of a big multinational matrix organisation, at Tripwell, a startup launched within SNV, we had developed a multi-language holiday home rental platform.
Even though my role was that of Community Manager, being employee #7, I was constantly involved in several commercial and product initiatives, through which I approached for the first time to the Agile manifesto.
